Sarrià

Project to give a clean face to a flat in Barcelona where practically no reform had been done since its construction in the seventies and which is destined to be rented.
It is about leaving a container ready to live in with the updated facilities, trying to preserve the values of the original floor without making major changes that have nothing to do with the architecture of the building. The distribution is maintained with very large spaces due to the size of the floor, the bathrooms are modernized, the parquet is polished and part of the kitchen, which had already undergone a transformation in the nineties, is redone. The result is an improvement of everything that had become obsolete without losing its soul.
