Marina
A large flat that was an office is completely converted into a house for a family of four. The square floor plan with two accesses makes it possible to divide the bedrooms, suite and children’s areas into two separate ends, placing the living room in between. At the same time there are two entrances, one through the hall and the other through the service area which connects directly to the kitchen. This is on the inside and communicates with the day area through a window through which natural light enters. The gallery is completely opened in the room as a buffer element between the interior and the street that is nearby because it is a floor at the level of the main one.
