Grandma’s flat was empty and now it was time to give it another use. The project begins with a need to update it, but without losing the character it had. At the entrance, all the wallpaper that covered the walls and made it dark is torn off and the hydraulic pavement, so characteristic of the floors of this period, is restored and polished. The bathrooms are modernized and the kitchen is extended to the next room and opens to the hallway with a wide sliding door. The choice of materials is with great respect for the pre-existing and always looking for a good harmony between the old and the modern.
