What we do
What is?
Mò Pascual’s architecture and interior design studio was founded in 1998 to dedicate itself mainly to reform in all its areas, always with a sensitivity towards the recovery of what has an architectural or artistic value and at the same time questioning assumed models.
Who are we?
We collaborate with various professionals who work as project planners, technical drafters of the project, managers and coordinators of the works, structuralists, engineers, designers, landscapers or others. These are part of the project to the extent that they are necessary to provide the full range of our services.
What we do?
Our main specialization is home renovation.
We also do new work, comprehensive building renovations, structural reforms, facades, stairs, lifts and roofs. In addition, we are dedicated to the design of shops, businesses, offices, shop windows and signs or specific interventions in homes and premises.
We legalize and process the license for all the works we carry out and we offer a service for activity licenses, projects for change of use from premises to housing, and other purely technical services.
How do we do it?
In accordance with the functional program, the degree of intervention desired and the characteristics of the site, we develop the idea to get the most out of each space. This space must be functional, practical, bright, serene, fluid, comfortable and pleasant for those who inhabit it.
What do we care about?
The architecture we make is conscious and respectful of the environment in which it is located. Shows curiosity in the application of new technologies. He has an interest in innovation while seeking to recover what already has a history. It is affordable and made to create better living conditions.
What do we believe in?
We believe that a work is valued based on how the initial expectation is related to the cost, the execution time and its final realization. The environment that surrounds us is important and conditions us and therefore we try to ensure that everything that generates it is consistent.
